When you have finished adding your reference number and left your pottery with us, our team will take it to the kiln room where we will glaze and prepare each ceramic item individually for firing in the kiln to 1220 degrees celsius. Depending on the size of the item and how busy we are this can take up to 3 weeks.

As soon as it is out of the kiln and ready for collection, you will get an email alert from us to collect. Due to space constraints, we can only keep finished wares for 2 weeks after you have been alerted.

Please do let us know if there is a problem and of course you can send someone else to collect your pottery, as long as they have the reference number/email to show.
